Terms of Use

Version of 24 September 2026

These terms apply whenever you use GambleZen Casino from the UK. They are written to be read, not skimmed, and the parts people most often ask about come first.

1. Who we are

GambleZen Casino is an online casino operating under a gaming licence issued in Curaçao. The licensed company, its registration number and its registered address are shown in the footer of the casino itself. We do not hold a licence from the UK Gambling Commission.

The casino has been running since 2023 and is supervised by the Curaçao Gaming Authority.

2. Words used in these terms

A few words come up again and again, so here is what they mean on this page:

  • Account: the personal casino account you open with us, holding your balance, history and settings.
  • Balance: money in your account. Cash balance is your own deposited money and winnings from it; bonus balance is promotional money that still carries wagering.
  • Game provider: the studio that builds and runs a game we offer. We work with more than 90 of them.
  • Verification: the checks we make on your age, identity, address and, where needed, the source of your money.
  • Wagering: the amount you need to bet before a bonus turns into withdrawable cash, set out in the Bonus Terms.

3. Accepting these terms

Ticking the box during sign-up means you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and the Bonus Terms. Using the casino afterwards confirms that acceptance each time you play.

Opening an account and getting it fully verified follows the same order for everyone:

  1. Register with your real name, date of birth, home address and an email you check.
  2. Confirm your email with the link we send.
  3. Make a first deposit and play: your account works straight away.
  4. Upload a photo ID and a recent proof of address from your profile, at the latest when you ask for your first withdrawal.
  5. Our team checks the documents, usually within 24 hours, and marks the account as verified.

4. Who can play

You must be 18 or over and legally able to gamble where you are. One account per person, household, device and payment method. If you have self-excluded from gambling with any operator or with GamStop, we ask you not to open an account; GamStop does not block our site, so the decision rests with you.

We may ask for proof of age, identity and address at any time, and always before the first withdrawal. Accounts opened by anyone under 18 are closed and the deposits returned; winnings are not paid.

5. Your account

Keep your password to yourself and switch on two-step sign-in. You are responsible for play on your account unless you tell us that someone else got access. The details you register with must match your ID and your payment methods; a mismatch delays withdrawals until it is sorted out.

Security and two-step sign-in

Two-step sign-in adds a one-time code, sent to your phone or produced by an authenticator app, on top of your password. It takes under a minute to set up in the security settings and protects your balance even if your password leaks elsewhere.

Spot a log-in you do not recognise? Change your password and write to live chat at once. From the moment you tell us, we lock the account and treat any further play as not yours while we look into it.

6. Verification and source of funds

Standard checks cover age, identity and address. Photo ID can be a passport, driving licence or national ID card. For proof of address, a utility bill, bank statement or council tax letter dated within the last three months works well.

Now and then we also ask where the money you play with comes from. It is part of the anti-money-laundering duties of our licence. A payslip, a bank statement or a document showing a sale or inheritance is usually enough. While a check is open you can keep playing with your balance; withdrawals wait until it is complete.

7. Deposits

Accounts can be held in pounds sterling or in crypto. The minimum deposit is £20. We do not accept credit cards from UK players. Money you deposit must be your own and must come from a lawful source; we may ask where it came from, especially for larger amounts.

Currency and crypto rates

A GBP account keeps everything in pounds, so what you see in the cashier is what you have. With a crypto account, deposits and withdrawals are credited in the coin you use. Where a game or promotion is priced in pounds, we convert at the rate shown in the cashier at that moment and display the figure before you confirm.

Crypto prices move, and the value of a crypto balance in pounds rises and falls with the market. Network fees charged by the blockchain itself are set by the network, not by us.

8. Bets and games

A bet is final once the game has accepted it. If a game malfunctions, the round is void and the stake returned; the game's own history is what we rely on to settle a disputed round. Every slot publishes its return to player in its information panel. Live games follow the rules shown at the table.

Game rules and RTP

Our lobby holds more than 10,000 games and over 400 live tables. Each one has its own rules, paytable and return to player (RTP) figure, open from the information button inside the game. RTP is a long-run average, and single sessions swing above and below it. Results come from certified random number generators run by the providers, and we cannot change them.

Malfunctions and dropped connections

Should your connection drop in the middle of a slot spin, the result is already decided on the provider's server. Reopen the game and it completes the round and credits any win. Table games with a decision still to make usually hold the round for you, and where they cannot, the game applies the default action described in its rules.

Live dealer rounds carry on at the studio even when your screen freezes. A bet that was accepted before the drop is settled by the result at the table, and one that was not accepted is not placed. The round history in your account shows each outcome, and support can pull the provider's log if something looks wrong.

9. Withdrawals

Withdrawals go back to a method you deposited with wherever that method can receive them. The minimum is £30 (£50 by bank transfer). Limits are £4,000 a day and £30,000 a month unless your VIP level raises them. Typical times after approval: debit card under 10 minutes, crypto a few minutes once the network confirms, e-wallets such as MiFinity and Jeton under an hour, bank transfer 1 to 3 working days.

If a bonus with open wagering is active when you ask for a withdrawal, the bonus and anything won with it are removed. The cashier shows this before you confirm.

10. Bonuses

Every promotion follows our Bonus Terms and the rules printed on the offer itself. Where the two differ, the offer's own rules apply to that offer.

Our welcome package is £2,500 + 200 free spins, spread over three deposits. Wagering is 35x the bonus amount only, within 14 days of each part, and the maximum bet with an active bonus is £5. Taking a bonus is always optional: you can decline it in the cashier and play with cash alone.

11. Responsible gambling tools

Gambling here should stay a pastime you enjoy. Your account comes with tools to keep it that way, all in the responsible gambling section of your profile:

  • Deposit, loss, wager and session limits, daily, weekly or monthly.
  • Reality checks that pop up at an interval you choose and show how long you have played.
  • Cooling-off from 24 hours to six weeks.
  • Self-exclusion from six months to permanent.

Lowering a limit takes effect at once. Raising or removing one waits 24 hours, so the change is a considered one. During cooling-off or self-exclusion you cannot deposit or play, marketing stops, and any cash balance stays yours to withdraw. A self-exclusion cannot be reversed before its period ends.

Free, confidential support is available from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. More detail is on our Responsible Gambling page.

12. Things that get an account closed

  • More than one account, or an account in someone else's name.
  • Using software or collusion to gain an advantage over a game or another player.
  • Chargebacks on deposits that were played.
  • Abusive behaviour towards our staff.

Where we close an account for these reasons we explain why, and your own deposited money that has not been played is returned, minus any amount that is subject to an open investigation.

13. Closing your account yourself

You can close your account whenever you like by asking live chat or sending us an email. Withdraw your cash balance first, or ask us to send it to your usual method as part of the closure. Unused bonus money and free spins end with the account.

Closing for gambling-related reasons works better as a self-exclusion, because that blocks reopening for the whole period.

14. Dormant accounts

An account with no log-ins for twelve months is marked dormant. We email you before that happens, and your balance stays yours: log in or contact us and it is available again.

15. Complaints

Complaints go to live chat or email first. We confirm receipt within 24 hours and aim to answer in full within 5 working days; you can then ask for a review by a manager. If the matter is still unresolved, it can be referred to the licensing authority in Curaçao. UK services such as IBAS do not handle complaints about us. The full route is on our Contact Us page.

The manager who reviews a complaint is always someone who was not involved in the first answer.

16. Intellectual property

The GambleZen name, logo, site design, texts and images belong to us or to the companies that license them to us. Games remain the property of their providers. Feel free to use the site for your own play; copying, reselling or reusing its content elsewhere needs our written permission first.

17. Links to other sites

Some pages link to outside websites, such as payment services, game studios or support organisations. Those sites run under their own terms and privacy rules. We pick links with care, though we do not control what those sites publish.

18. Disclaimer

Information on this site is general and is given in good faith. Casino games are entertainment, and every result depends on chance, so no game or strategy guarantees a win. Checking that online gambling is legal where you live is your responsibility before you sign up.

19. Our liability

We are responsible for running the casino with reasonable care and for paying what you win under these terms. We are not responsible for losses caused by your internet connection, your device or events outside our control. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Curaçao, where our licence is issued. Disputes that are not settled through our complaints process fall under the jurisdiction that applies to our licence, and the Curaçao Gaming Authority is the regulator that oversees us.

21. How we contact you

Notices about your account go to the email address in your profile and, where it matters, appear as a message when you log in. A notice counts as received once it is sent to that address.

22. Changes

When these terms change, the new version is shown the next time you log in and you are asked to accept it. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading.

23. Severability

Should a court or regulator find any part of these terms invalid, that part is removed or narrowed as far as needed, and the rest of the terms keep full effect.

24. Contact

Questions about these terms are welcome. Live chat is open 24/7 in English, and our team replies to every email to support within a few hours.
