Bonus Terms

These rules apply to every bonus and free spin at GambleZen Casino. The welcome package comes first because it is what most people ask about, and we think it is the best way to start here.

Promotions are open to registered players aged 18 or over with one verified account. Where an offer page says something more specific than this document, the offer page applies to that offer.

1. Words used in these terms

A few terms turn up again and again below. Here is what we mean by them.

• Real balance: money you deposited plus any winnings that are already free of conditions. It can be withdrawn at any time.
• Bonus balance: money we added as part of a promotion, together with anything won from it, while wagering is still open. It shows as a separate figure in your account.
• Qualifying deposit: a deposit of at least £20, made with an accepted method, while the bonus box in the cashier is ticked.
• Wagering: the total amount you need to stake before bonus money turns into real money. For the welcome package it is 35x the bonus.
• Contribution: the share of each stake that counts towards wagering. It depends on the type of game, as set out in section 7.

2. The welcome package

New players can receive up to £2,500 + 200 free spins, spread over the first three deposits:

Each part needs a qualifying deposit of at least £20. Parts are credited in order and each one stands alone: taking the first does not oblige you to take the others. No promo code is needed; leave the bonus box ticked in the cashier and the right part attaches automatically.

Prefer to play with cash only on a particular deposit? Untick the box before paying. The next part of the package then waits for your next qualifying deposit.

3. A worked example

Numbers make this easier. Say your first deposit is £20. The first part matches it at 100%, so you get £20 in bonus money on top of your own £20, and the first 100 free spins start arriving, 20 a day for five days.

Now take a first deposit of £50. The bonus is £50, again matched in full, with the same 100 spins spread over five days. The wagering target is 35 times the £50 bonus, not 35 times the £100 you have in total.

A second deposit of £40 would bring a 75% match, which is £30 in bonus money, plus 50 spins in one go. The third part works the same way at 100%, up to £750.

Deposits larger than the cap still count; the bonus simply stops at the cap for that part.

4. Qualifying deposits and payment methods

Deposits made in GBP or crypto with any of these methods qualify for the welcome package and our other deposit offers:

• Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard debit).
• Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• Open banking transfers from your UK bank.
• Supported cryptocurrencies, credited at the rate shown in the cashier.

Credit cards are not accepted for UK players. The payment method must be in your own name, and the minimum of £20 applies to every qualifying deposit.

For crypto, the bonus is worked out on the GBP value at the moment the deposit is confirmed on our side. Small network fees taken by your wallet are not part of the deposit, so send a little over £20 if you are close to the minimum.

5. Wagering

Bonus money has to be wagered 35x before it becomes withdrawable. The multiplier applies to the bonus amount only, not to deposit plus bonus. Each part must be wagered within 14 days of being credited; after that, what is left of that part expires.

Your own cash is always yours to take out. Just keep in mind that withdrawing while a bonus is still being wagered closes that bonus, and the bonus balance with its winnings is removed at that moment.

6. Which balance is played first

Stakes come from your real balance first and from the bonus balance only once the real balance is empty. Here is how winnings move across, step by step:

1. You make a qualifying deposit and the bonus is added to your bonus balance.
2. Bets are taken from your real balance. Winnings from those bets go to the real balance too.
3. When the real balance runs out, bets start coming from the bonus balance, and winnings from them are added to it.
4. Every eligible stake, from either balance, counts towards wagering at the game's contribution rate.
5. Once the 35x target is reached, the whole bonus balance moves to your real balance.
6. From then on it is ordinary money: withdraw it or keep playing, as you like.

7. What counts towards wagering

• Slots: 100% of the stake, except the few titles listed in the game's information panel as excluded.
• Crash and instant games: 50%.
• Live game shows: 20%.
• Roulette, blackjack, baccarat and poker variants: 10%.

Bonus-buy features cannot be used with bonus money.

An excluded game still loads and plays normally with real money. Stakes placed on it while a bonus is active simply add nothing to your wagering, and the game shows a note to that effect when you open it. Switch to another title whenever you want your spins to count again.

8. Maximum bet

While a bonus is active, a single spin or hand may not exceed £5. Winnings from a bet above that limit can be removed. The cashier and the game both warn you if a stake is over it.

The limit ends the moment wagering is complete or the bonus is cancelled.

9. Free spins

Welcome free spins are worth 10p each and land on a slot named in the offer. The first 100 arrive 20 a day for five days, starting after the first deposit; the 50 for the second and the 50 for the third arrive at once. Each batch must be played within 24 hours. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus money and follow section 5.

New spins appear under Bonuses in your account and also as a banner when you open the slot. A daily batch you miss does not roll into the next day, so it is worth logging in once a day during those five days. The stake per spin is fixed at 10p and cannot be changed.

Winnings from each batch are added up when the last spin of the batch finishes, then placed in your bonus balance. From that point they count towards the same 35x wagering and 14-day window as the deposit part they came with.

10. Tracking your progress

Open Bonuses in your account menu to see every active offer. For each one the page shows the amount credited, how much has been wagered so far, what remains, and the date and time it ends.

The progress bar updates after each settled bet. On live tables it can take a moment longer, because the round has to finish first.

Keep an eye on the end date, especially for the first part, since the free spins and the matched money share the same 14-day clock. If a figure on the page looks wrong to you, a screenshot sent to live chat is the quickest way for us to check it. Completed and expired bonuses stay listed in your bonus history, so you can always check what was credited and when.

11. One bonus at a time

Only one deposit bonus can be active on an account. A new one starts when the current one is completed, cancelled or has expired. Free spins from missions or the wheel can run alongside, and their winnings join the queue under their own wagering rules.

Should you deposit while a bonus is still open, the cashier will ask whether to keep the current offer or switch.

Reloads and weekly free spins

Reload offers add a match to later deposits on set days. Weekly free spins go to active players and appear in the account with their slot and expiry shown.

Cashback and the VIP club

Cashback is paid through our VIP club. Your level and the rate that applies are shown on the VIP page, and each payment states whether it carries wagering.

Tournaments, missions and the wheel

Tournaments rank players on the named games over a set period, with the prize table published before the start. Daily missions give small tasks with a reward on completion. The Wheel of Fortune gives one free turn a day, and the prize from each turn is shown with its conditions before you accept it.

No deposit spins and personal codes

Personal codes sent to an account work on that account only. Occasional no deposit free spins, when we run them, state a cap on winnings; anything above the cap is removed when the wagering is complete.

13. Fair use

Bonuses are for recreational players. We may withhold or remove a bonus where accounts are linked to claim it more than once, where a stake pattern is built only to clear wagering without risk, or where the same payment method appears on several accounts. We tell you the reason when we do.

Our checks look at patterns across accounts, not at ordinary wins. A big win on a slot while wagering is exactly what a bonus is for, and it is paid out like any other once the conditions are met. Before a first withdrawal we may ask for the usual identity documents; that applies to every player, with or without a bonus.

14. Turning a bonus off

You can decline any bonus by unticking it in the cashier, or cancel an active one under Bonuses in your account. Cancelling removes the bonus balance and its winnings; your real money stays.

Cancelling one part of the welcome package does not close the rest. The next part is still there for your next qualifying deposit, with its own 14 days.

15. Bonuses and safer gambling

A bonus should add to your play, never push it. Deposit limits, loss limits and session reminders can be set under Responsible Gaming in your account, and they apply to bonus play exactly as to cash play.
